Billing & Cancellation
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage all aspects of your subscription through our billing portal, powered by Stripe.
What You Can Do
- Update payment method: Change your credit card or payment method.
- View invoices: Download past invoices and receipts.
- Cancel subscription: Cancel anytime. Your email stays active until the end of your billing period.
How Billing Works
- You choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Both are charged in advance and renew automatically. Annual is charged once a year, up front.
- Your price depends on the domain and the name you chose. It was shown before checkout and is on every invoice.
- The price you signed up at is locked for 2 years. After that, any price change takes effect at your next renewal, and we email you at least 30 days before.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your email continues to work until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your mailbox keeps working for 14 more days so you can save a copy of your email.
- It is then suspended, with your data preserved, until 30 days after your subscription ended.
- After 30 days, your account and email data are permanently deleted.
- After deletion, your username is held for 90 days. Nobody can register it during that time. After that, anyone can, and mail sent to the address could reach its new owner.
The same 30-day timeline applies if a payment fails, counted from the day the payment failed.
Reactivating After Cancellation
If you're within the 30-day grace period, simply update your payment method in the billing portal and your email will be reactivated automatically.
